Genesis Interior (“GNS”, “we”, “us”) provides custom furniture, built-in kitchen and interior services in Thailand. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LINE or other channels.

Our website is informational and does not require an account or collect payment details directly.

We may receive your name, profile identifier, contact details, project location, room measurements, budget, design preferences, messages, images and other information that you choose to send. We also receive basic technical information needed to keep the website secure and working.

How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare estimates, arrange visits, follow up on projects, improve our customer service, measure marketing performance and prevent abuse. We may use automated tools to summarize conversations, identify follow-up priorities and suggest a response for our staff. A staff member remains responsible for customer decisions and communications.
