How to request deletion of information
You can ask Genesis Interior to delete personal information that you shared through our website or messaging channels.
How to request deletion
- Email a767233096@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Tell us the name used in your conversation and the Facebook, Instagram, LINE or other channel you used. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
- We may ask for enough information to identify the correct conversation and protect against unauthorised requests.
What happens next
We will review the request and delete or anonymise information that we are able to remove. Some limited records may need to be kept for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes. We will explain any necessary exception in our response.
We normally respond within 30 days. If the request concerns information held directly by Facebook, Instagram, LINE or another platform, you may also need to use that platform’s own privacy controls.
